  1、Never touch the child unless invited by him (in some form or the other).

  在没有获得儿童接纳之前,绝不任意触碰他,无论以哪种形式。

  2、Never speak ill of the child in his presence or absence.

  绝不在孩子的面前或背后刻意批评他。

  3、Concentrate on strengthening and helping the development of what is good in the child so that its presence may leave less and less spice for evil.

  辅导孩子发挥他的长处,使他的缺点自然而然地减至最低。

  4、Be active in preparing the environment.

  Take meticulous and constant care of it.

  Help the child establish constructive relations with it.

  Show the proper place where the means of development are kept and demonstrate their proper use.

  教师应积极地预备环境。并谨慎和持之以恒地对环境进行管理维护。帮助儿童与环境建立相辅相成的关系。为儿童指出每一件物品的正确摆放位置,并示范正确的使用方式。

  5、Be ever ready to answer the call of the child who stands in need of you and always listen and respond to the child who appeals.to you.

  请随时随地准备好回应儿童的需求。对那些你留意到有需求的儿童,请耐心倾听他的需求并给予反馈。

  6、Respect the child who makes a mistake and can then or later correct himself, but stop firmly and immediately any misuse of the environment and any action which endangers the child,his development or others.

  请尊重儿童,让他在当时或其后发现错误时自行改正。但是,儿童若有损坏环境、伤害自己或他人的行为时,则必须立即制止。

  7、Respect the child who takes rest or watches others working or ponders over what he himself has done or will do.Neither call him,nor force him to other forms of activity.

  请尊重儿童,在他休息、观看他人工作、回想自己已经完成的工作或思考自己将要选择什么工作时,不打扰他,或强迫他做任何其他活动。

  8、Help those who are in search of activity and cannot find it.

  协助孩子选择合适的工作项目。

  9、Be untiring in repeating presentations to the child who refused them earlier,in helping the child acquire what is not yet his own and overcome imperfections.

  Do this by animating the environment with care,with restraint and silence,with mild words and loving presence.

  Make your ready presence felt to the child who searches and hide from the child who has found.

  请不厌其烦地为儿童示范他先前不愿意尝试的工作。帮助他克服种种困难,逐渐学习尚未熟练的技能。为此,教师应准备一个生动活泼、充满关爱、有明确规则的环境。环境中的教师应语气和蔼、态度和善,关爱儿童。教师应努力让每一个儿童都感受到您的关爱和鼓励,尤其是那些正在寻求关爱、尚未融入其中的儿童。

  10、Always treat the child with the best of good manners and offer him the best you have in yourself and at your disposal.

  教师应以最和善的态度对待儿童,并尽力将您最好的一面呈现出来。
